microsoft wireless mouse 5000

I have been using a wireless MS keyboard and mouse 5000 for maybe 3 ½ years on my Windows 8. cara login akun microsoft windows 8 1 PC Yesterday the mouse just stopped working I changed the batteries, pressed the reconnect button, pulled out the USB dongle and re-inserted it, tried a cold boot - nothing I searched around for answers but found nothing relevant
