fsp hyper 500w review

Currently I have a Ryzen 5 3600XT with RTX 2060 on a FSP Hyper S 500W, and I'm planning to upgrade to R5 5600 and RX 6700XT. bldc 500w Can my PSU handle it just fine? I watched videos and read a lot of reviews, and afaik I would use like 350-360W of power. cougar gaming 500w vte500
