asus zenfone 5 stuck at intel logo

My Zenfone 5 ZE620KL is stucked at battery logo as seen in the attached video. captopril 5 mg (taken Nov 26, 2020) If I try to hold power button to turn it on, it will display the following order: Display 1 Powered by Android Display 2 ASUS logo Display 3 Black screen It never reaches to the Zenfone 5 loading screen
